Razorleaf is pleased to publish their latest case study on Lytron, a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of high-performance cooling products that are used in medical, military, semiconductor, and other high-technology markets. Lytron has been a user of Autodesk’s Fusion Lifecycle for the last few years and has made impressive progress in how they have applied the technology in their business.
To quote from the case study:
Lytron historically relied on direct access to their BPCS ERP system and a series of manual processes from stakeholders in many areas of the organization to manage their PLM process. To expand their capabilities and become more efficient as a growing business, they wanted to standardize and improve control of their item creation, BOM management, Engineering Change Order (ECO), New Product Introduction and Non-Conforming Material processes.
Other challenges included consolidating disparate databases, integration with their ERP system and more.
A special thanks to the team at Lytron for helping us put this great story together!
