This 28 hour course covers SmarTeam Workflow configuration, use, and administration, and includes hands-on exercises. Attendees also learn best practices for turning business processes into functioning workflow processes in the ST environment. The course is targeted at process owners, project managers, and ST Administrators, regardless of their experience working with other areas of SmarTeam.
