Jonathan Scott is a PLM solution architect with a diverse background in robotic machine design, CAD system administration, and PLM system deployment. He is a mechanical engineer by training with experience in the power generation industry. Mr. Scott has 10 years of experience with PLM and has personally worked with more than 100 clients in a consulting capacity. He currently develops client-focused solutions for Razorleaf, a PLM services provider.
Rick Hahn has been employed by Dassault Systemes for 12 years. Mr. Hahn has completed or supported approximately 75 deployments of the SmarTeam system in the earlier years. Now, he supports ENOVIA in all aspects of business development including presentations, speaking engagements, seminars, and workshops. He also participates in product QA and development of the ENOVIA SmarTeam.
Jos Voskuil has been active the past 20 years in implementing, guiding and coaching data management projects. Initially working as the head of a data management team for a big multi-CAD supplier in the Netherlands, Mr. Voskuil experienced first-hand the challenges for mid-market companies implementing PLM. From 2006 until 2008, he was responsible for developing the ENOVIA SmarTeam Express concepts based on best practices from the field and Mr. Voskuil still works closely with Dassault Systemes on methodology and value provided by ENOVIA. Currently Mr. Voskuil works as an independent PLM consultant and maintains his blog www.virtualdutchman.com.
Michael Craffey has worked for Razorleaf for three years and serves a dual role as principal consultant in business management and as project manager. He has had extensive consulting experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions with over 20 years of work experience in the PLM industry. In recent years, Mr. Craffey has worked with a number of Razorleaf clients to help them strategize about the value of item-centricity in their PLM environments. Prior to his consulting work, Michael worked as a designer and mechanical engineer.
Naeem Dalal has a background of ERP/PLM systems consultancy and holds a first degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. He joined Dassault Systemes in 2006 as a solution manager for SmarTeam Engineering Express, and was responsible for defining the methodology and functionality of the tools. Currently, Mr. Dalal serves as a product marketing manager for ENOVIA, defining and introducing ENOVIA V6 solutions.
Razorleaf will host a multi-day event September 27th – 30th in the Boston area for companies interested in understanding the configuration management methodologies and capabilities behind the ENOVIA SmarTeam BOM module and Engineering Express package. Product managers from Dassault and solution architects from Razorleaf will present the software’s capabilities, demonstrate detailed methodologies, and facilitate discussions among a uniquely focused peer group. Attendees will present and share their industry-specific BOM needs, further enriching the event.
Attending companies are encouraged to send one or two representatives to the event. Travel and living expenses are the responsibility of attendees (however, some meals are included), and the fee for attendance is $1,800 per company. Welcome Reception
Please join Razorleaf and your peers at our Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening. We will enjoy a less-than-formal dinner with heavy hors d’ouevres and cocktails while getting to know one another prior to the week’s information-intensive sessions.

Share & Compare
Attending companies will each take 5-10 minutes to introduce their business and their perspective on Bill Of Material and Configuration Management. This sharing of context and perspective will give attendees the information needed to forge valuable peer relationships. Presentations should be 3-5 slides and are expected to answer:
- What is your company’s profile (name, size, geographic footprint, industries, etc.)?
- What is your company’s product/service profile (example products, volume,
product mix, etc.)? - How do you manage BOMs today (brief overview, systems touched, etc.)?
- What BOM/CM challenges do you hope to address?
Customer Feedback & Questions
Dassault and Razorleaf will invite customers to provide their feedback and questions on ENOVIA SmarTeam’s BOM Module and related methodologies in an interactive session led by Dassault and moderated by Razorleaf. Customers should feel free to bring prior requests and issues to the table, or wait until the technical content of the summit has been delievered to prepare their input. Attendees will be asked to restrict their input to configuration management related topics to keep the discussion focused and relevant for everyone in attendance.
