Miki Lumnitz is a PLM architect and strategist for Dassault Systemes’ ENOVIA brand. His background is in the defense industry, having headed the PLM deployment team for a 3,500 person enterprise system at Elta / Israel Aircraft Industries. Mr. Lumnitz has degrees in Economics and Logistics, as well as an advanced degree in Business Management of Information Systems. His current role involves defining product and industry strategy with ENOVIA.
Jonathan Scott is a PLM solution architect with a diverse background in robotic machine design, CAD system administration, and PLM system deployment. He is a mechanical engineer by training with experience in the power generation industry. Mr. Scott has 10 years of experience with PLM and has personally worked with more than 100 clients in a consulting capacity. He currently develops client-focused solutions for Razorleaf, a PLM services provider.
Alec Gil joined S&C Electric Company in 1992. He is currently leading a team responsible for implementation of the company’s engineering and manufacturing technologies and definition of standard design and engineering processes. Mr. Gil has over 24 years of experience in all aspects of CAD/CAE/CAM/PLM technologies use, implementation and consulting. Prior to joining S&C, he worked at Motorola and Intergraph, where he held a number of engineering and management positions. Mr. Gil graduated from Northwestern University with a Masters in Engineering Management and he also holds a MS in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering as well as a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
Keith Connolly currently holds the position of Administrator – Configured Products Systems for S&C Electric Company. Mr. Connolly has been involved with several corporate manufacturing and engineering systems initiatives over his 27 year career in the industrial manufacturing sector while holding various technical and management positions in electronic and high voltage electrical manufacturing, test, design, R&D and Engineering Systems. Prior to his current position, Keith held several operational and project management positions for transmission and distribution protection and switching equipment for the electric power industry, and was a project leader for corporate ERP implementations including overseeing the configurator model development and model integration between S&C’s PLM and ERP environments.
Rick Hahn has been employed by Dassault Systemes for 12 years. Mr. Hahn has completed or supported approximately 75 deployments of the SmarTeam system in the earlier years. Now, he supports ENOVIA in all aspects of business development including presentations, speaking engagements, seminars, and workshops. He also participates in product QA and development of the ENOVIA SmarTeam.
Oleg Shilovitsky is currently the Chief Technology Officer of ENOVIA SmarTeam for Dassault Systemes. Since the late 1990’s, Mr. Shilovitsky has held a range of strategic positions within Dassault’s R&D group. In this capacity, he has been deeply involved in many projects, and has experience with many products, in the CAD/PDM/PLM industry. Mr.Shilovitsky holds a Ph.D in CAD Systems and an MSc. in Computer Systems for Industries, both from the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute.

Enable Your CM Processes for Mission Critical Process Management
Razorleaf will host a multi-day event for companies interested in understanding the methodologies and capabilities behind the ENOVIA SmarTeam BOM module and Engineering Express package. Product managers from Dassault and solution architects from Razorleaf will present the software’s capabilities, demonstrate detailed methodologies, and facilitate discussions among a uniquely focused peer group. Attendees will present and share their industry-specific BOM needs, further enriching the event.
Attending companies are encouraged to send one or two representatives to the event. Travel and living expenses are the responsibility of attendees, and the fee for attendance is $1,500 per company. To register for the event, please indicate your interest by emailing us here.

Attending companies will each take 5-10 minutes to introduce their business and their perspective on Bill Of Material and Configuration Management. This sharing of context and perspective will give attendees the information needed to forge valuable peer relationships. Presentations should be 3-5 slides and are expected to answer:
- What is your company’s profile (name, size, geographic footprint, industries, etc.)?
- What is your company’s product/service profile (example products, volume, product mix, etc.)?
- How do you manage BOMs today (brief overview, systems touched, etc.)?
- What BOM/CM challenges do you hope to address?

Customer Feedback & Questions
Dassault and Razorleaf will invite customers to provide their feedback and questions on ENOVIA SmarTeam’s BOM Module and related methodologies in an interactive session led by Dassault and moderated by Razorleaf. Customers should feel free to bring prior requests and issues to the table, or wait until the technical content of the summit has been delievered to prepare their input. Attendees will be asked to restrict their input to ENOVIA SmarTeam BOM-related topics to keep the discussion focused and relevant for everyone in attendance.
