Windows 7 Support in ENOVIA SmarTeam

Windows 7 plus ENOVIAIf you’re waiting for ENOVIA SmarTeam to support Windows 7, you’ll probably be waiting until the second quarter of 2010.  There is no official announcement related to support for the new version of Windows, but our sources at Dassault indicate that Windows 7 64-bit will be supported by ENOVIA SmarTeam V5R20 SP1.  Since V5R20 GA (General Availability) is expected in late Q1 2010, it is a reasonable assumption to expect SP1 in Q2.  Note that support is expected for the 64-bit version of Windows 7 (not the 32-bit version), and that there is no indication that Windows 7 will be supported by earlier versions of SmarTeam.
